At Bonlook, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be attached

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Undergarments or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)


🔁 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at karajoyortiz@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back at your own cost (unless the item was defective).

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


💲 Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a defective or wrong item? We’re sorry! Please email us at karajoyortiz@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
